Community training

Our English and Cantonese Outreach Teams visit schools, hospitals, elderly centres, corporations and other community organisations to give talks or conduct seminars and workshops. Our training covers a wide range of topics, including:

Emotional flu – spotting the signs and warding off the symptoms
Everyday emotional health
Work, gender and depression
Bullying and depression
After a suicide (for immediate emotional and grief support to help survivors cope with a suicide death)

You may also suggest any topics your organisation or school is interested in. We will see how our experience and areas of knowledge can match your interests.

As a non-profit, we rely on our trained volunteers to contribute their time and expertise to conduct the training. These programmes could not have been delivered without the generous donations of members of the public. We do not charge a fee for our training but any donation is greatly appreciated and welcome to cover part of our running costs.
