Support Group for People Bereaved by Suicide (PBS)
The pain and emotional distress felt by people bereaved by suicide can be frightening. Shock, anger, guilt, shame and depression are among the many emotions felt.
Our aim is to provide a safe, confidential environment in which bereaved people can share their experiences and feelings, thus giving and gaining support from each other.
The Samaritans facilitate an English speaking support group for those affected by the suicide of a friend or relative.
Our meetings are free of charge.
Regular meetings take place, but no commitment is required.
When and Where We Meet
The Support Group normally meets on the first Tuesday of each month, 8pm, The Mariner’s Club, Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon (opposite the Sheraton Hotel). But for February 2015, it will meet on the second Tuesday 10th instead. Follow the signs for PBS inside front door.
